Heeralal Tak
Our story began as a labour of love when a 12-year-old boy left his home. Doing various odd jobs to make ends meet, life was tough, and not always fair—he was even tricked into working for free once.
Moving from Nagpur to Delhi to Bikaner, he learned the tricks of the trade. Slowly, his hard work earned him respect, and he went from washing dishes in mithai shops to leading teams in some of the most renowned confectionery and dessert houses, including a term at Haldiram's.
Finally, in 2006, he arrived in Mumbai and began what is today known as Shree Makhan Bhog.

Shree Makhan Bhog began in Mumbai in 2006, born from years of experience gained across different cities of India. From Nagpur to Delhi to Bikaner, our founder's journey through various mithai shops and confectionery houses shaped the authentic recipes we treasure today.
